Instructions for Making a Herbal Infusion (Tea)
Use 1-2 teaspoons of dried herb per cup. Add water that is just off the boil and then cover the cup to retain the volatile oils which may be lost in the steam. Infuse for 10-15 minutes, strain, then relax and enjoy. Herbal tea can be drunk hot or cold, and freely throughout the day or night unless specifically instructed by your herbalist.
Tip: A cafeteria with a plunger is excellent for preparing herbal tea.
